Location of Ahwatukee Village

Many people think that Ahwatukee is an independent incorporated city, but it is actually one of 15 Urban Villages designated by the city of Phoenix Ahwatukee Village is the southern-most village within Phoenix located west of Interstate 10.

Ahwatukee is defined as the area between Guadalupe Road and Pecos Road, and west of the Interstate 10 Freeway. It is separated from other areas of Phoenix by South Mountain Park which is a popular hiking and equestrian area. South Mountain Park is the largest city park in the country.
